cyberpunk/neon/80s Serum skin

**Serum 2 is out now, so in a few days all my S1 skins will be free, doesn't make much sense to keep charging for them.. S2 skins will cost money though

** there is a new version! I changed a few things that were bothering me quite a lot.. the env, lfo buttons.. they had a 'light' when pressed, now they don't.. also a similar thing in the wavetable editor section.. and some other small things

hello! I wanted to make a skin that was fun but also like normal (unlike all the other colorful, bright skins I tend to make, and also that wasn't a copy of some other hardware vst).. anyways I think it turned out pretty ok.

the skin name is 1989.. sorry I didn't came up with anything more creative
